New in the Resource Library: The Blind First Mark.
A free working session, about 20 minutes, done by hand. Bring one paper from the stack you are grading this week. Mark one criterion blind, before any tool shows you a number, quote the line that decided it, write one sentence on why, set a gap rule for when a second look is required, and leave with one sentence for students about how AI is used in your grading.
Seed: pick the paper and the judgment call.
Sprout: mark it blind.
Grow: let the tool look second.
Harvest: say it out loud and build the record.

When the whole stack is the problem, the Student Feedback Generator drafts rubric aware feedback in your tone, grounded in your Course Record: https://www.harvestkernel.com/go/faculty-com
New in the Resource Library: The Missed Question Pack.
A free working session, about 25 minutes, done by hand. Bring one midterm you just graded and leave holding a one page recovery pack for the question the most students missed: a short glossary, one worked example with the reason beside each step, three practice problems, and a two sentence note students read first.
Seed: find the question and read the wrong answers.
Sprout: write the glossary.
Grow: one worked example, then three practice problems.
Harvest: write the top note and post it the same day the exams go back.

When one question is not the problem, the Resource Pack Generator builds study guides, practice problems and glossaries from your Course Record: https://www.harvestkernel.com/go/faculty-com
New working session: The Visible Draft Map.
Bring one writing assignment you already teach. In about 25 minutes you leave with four things:
- The one skill the assignment exists to build.
- Four kinds of AI help, planning, drafting, reviewing and the whole draft, each marked open, open with a record, or closed.
- The record students hand in with the essay, and one rubric line for the process.
- A paragraph for the assignment sheet, ready to paste.
By hand, free, no account: https://www.harvestkernel.com/the-visible-draft-map/
New free working session: Explain It Cold: The Midterm Triage.
Bring the study guide for the midterm you are most worried about. In about 30 minutes you leave holding a ranked list of what to study and what to leave alone:
- Write every concept on the study guide onto one page. Names only.
- Close the book and explain each one out loud, the way you would to a classmate who missed that week.
- Sort each one clean, stalled or blank.
- Rank what is left, and spread it across the sessions you have.
It includes a push back prompt for students whose syllabus allows AI for studying: you explain, the AI asks why. Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest, done by hand.

When the stall pile is the problem, Concept Coach in the Student Toolkit explains hard concepts at your level and never writes your graded work: https://www.harvestkernel.com/go/students-com
New working session: The Human Decides Clause.
Bring one assignment you already teach. In about 25 minutes you leave with three things:
- A map of every place AI touches that assignment, on your side and the student's.
- The decisions only a person makes, and who makes each one.
- A two sentence syllabus clause: where students may use AI and what they decide, and where you use AI and what only you decide.

New free working session: Grade Defense In Four Lines.
Bring the midterm paper you are most uneasy about. In about 20 minutes you leave holding a four line memo you could hand to your chair without editing:
- The rubric line, copied exactly.
- The student's own words, quoted, with the page or paragraph.
- The gap between them, written about the work, never about the student.
- The next step the student can take to close it.
It starts with a hidden text check worth running on every paper in the stack. Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest, done by hand.

New working session: The Constellation File.
Bring one assignment you already teach. In about 30 minutes you leave with three things:
- Your syllabus AI detector line: whether you use one, what a result can and cannot do to a grade, and your promise to talk first.
- Three pieces of evidence the assignment will collect besides the final product, and when.
- The three questions you would ask any student before a grade changes, written while nobody is accused.

New working session. The Proof of Work Rewrite.
You bring one assignment you already teach. In about 35 minutes you leave holding it rewritten so the submission carries the record of how it was made, not only the thing that was made.
Seed. Name the one assignment and admit what the product currently tells you.
Sprout. Write three record lines in your own voice.
Grow. Give the record real points and write the rubric line.
Harvest. Write the AI policy in three moves. Permitted use in verbs, prohibited use in one clause, the reason stated.
By hand. No account. Copy button at the end gives you the finished artifact.

New free working session: Revive The Thread.
Open your discussion board in another tab. In one sitting you find three posts nobody answered, pull out the one thing in each worth answering, and write three replies that use the student's own words, encourage without grading, and ask a real question back. Post all three tonight and you finish with three live threads and three students who know you read them.
Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest, all by hand. Nothing is written for you.
Open it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/revive-the-thread/
New free working session: The Passage the Summary Drops.
Bring one reading you assign in the next two weeks. In about twenty minutes you will paste in what a summary says, find the passage it leaves out, write three questions only that passage can answer, and plan how you open. Press Build and you have a finished twenty minute class session with an exit question that tells you who read.
Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest, all by hand. Nothing is generated for you.
