Agentic AI Without the Hype

New on the blog. Everybody is saying agentic AI. Almost nobody stops to say what it actually means, so we did.

Agentic AI is not magic and it is not a threat. It is a very capable set of hands. The skill is not using agents, it is staying in the driver's seat: define the goal and the guardrails, keep a human checkpoint on anything that spends money or cannot be undone, and verify the output against reality.
