Your school can have a finished AI policy and an untrained faculty at the same time.
Most schools now have an AI policy. Far fewer have a faculty that can actually use AI well. The data is blunt: around 85 percent of teachers used AI last year, but fewer than half got any training or guidance.
Here is the discussion question. Think about your own school, district, or workplace. What is the honest distance right now between what your AI policy says people should do and what your people can actually do well? And what would the first genuinely useful Seed be for the educators around you?
Today's post goes deeper: Your AI Policy Is Not AI Literacy
Companion resource for today: I built an interactive AI Literacy Audit to go with this. It scores you against all four SeedStacking phases and hands you one specific next step. Find your real level here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/ai-literacy-audit/ It is also pinned in the SeedStacking Resources space.
