Today's Daily Discussion: Buying back time with AI (the harder question)
Most of us are using AI to save time. That part is solved. But here's the harder question: what is the time we're saving actually FOR?
In today's Daily Seed I made the case that the people who use AI well aren't the fastest. They're the clearest. They know exactly what they're delegating, what they're protecting, and what they're moving toward. The vague answers ("I just want more time," "I'd relax more") are exactly where people get stuck.
Drop a comment below with this:
If AI gave you back two hours next Tuesday afternoon, what's the SPECIFIC activity, project, or person you'd spend it on?
Be specific. Not "family" but "one hour at the table with my kid, no phones." Not "hobbies" but "Saturday morning at the workbench finishing the project I started in March." The specificity is the whole point.

I built a 4-phase activity for this week's topic. Seed-phase questions, a Sprout-phase PDF worksheet, and a Grow-phase interactive Time-Values Audit tool that gives you a personalized delegation map.
It's all here in our SeedStacking Resources space. Permanent reference. Come back to it whenever you feel busy but not fulfilled.
