What is your hour actually worth?

Quick exercise that tends to rattle people in a good way. Take what you earn in a week. Now divide it by the hours work truly costs you, the commute and the 9pm email included, not just the paid ones. That number is your real hourly worth, and it is usually about a third lower than people expect.

Here is why it matters. Once you know it, you can spot every task you are doing that sits below your number, and those are exactly the tasks AI should be carrying. You stop losing your time and start buying it back.
