Fresh resource for today. The AI Evaluation Field Test is a four-phase SeedStacking exercise that turns one AI tool you already use into proof you can trust.
Seed: throw it one hard, real question. Sprout: run the three questions in the interactive field test. Grow: build your one-tool evaluation rubric. Harvest: share your field test and sharpen someone else's.
Run it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/ai-evaluation-field-test/
I just posted a new four-phase SeedStacking activity built around this week's biggest AI story, the US government forcing Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5 offline.
It is a hands-on workout for reading any AI governance story with clarity instead of panic. You move through Seed, Sprout, Grow, and Harvest, and you walk away able to break down any AI headline using three simple levers: Authority, Trigger, and Off-ramp.
There is a reusable worksheet built in, and the final phase asks you to teach it forward.
Open it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/three-lever-lens/
Bring your reads back here and we will pressure-test them together.
New resource in the library: The Judgment Premium Daily Rep.
PwC's billion ad barometer this morning confirmed the job market is splitting into two tracks, and the one that pays more rewards a single skill, catching AI when it is confidently wrong. That skill is a muscle, not a workshop.
So I built you the rep. A five minute daily worksheet: run one real task through AI, find the one thing it got wrong, and log how you spotted it. After a week you have your own AI bluff checklist.
Four phases, Seed through Harvest, so it works whether today is day one or you are already running agentic workflows.
Grab the worksheet here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/hk-judgment-premium-daily-rep.zip

Then post your bluff checklist in this space. What is the first bluff you catch this week?
I built something for you, and it is live now in the resource library.
The Augmentation Test is an interactive tool that answers one question for any task on your plate: should you hand this to AI, or keep it human? You work through one real task across all four SeedStacking phases (Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest), and you walk out with a shareable Augmentation Charter. Your task, the parts you hand to AI, the one line you keep human, and your weekly cadence.
It takes about 20 minutes start to finish, and your progress saves as you go. The whole point is to leave with something you actually run this week, not just another idea.
Launch it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/augmentation-test/
When you finish, drop your Augmentation Charter in the comments. I want to see what task you picked and where you drew your human line. Reading each other's charters is half the value.
Dario Amodei's new essay compares our institutions to Treebeard, the ancient tree from Lord of the Rings who takes a full day to say good morning while the forest gets cut down around him. Higher education is a Treebeard. So I built you a toolkit to stop saying good morning to the tree and start designing the new forest on purpose.
It is four phases, SeedStacking style, and you can do one or all four:
Seed (5 to 15 min): The Treebeard Audit. Name the gap between how fast your course changes and how fast the field moves.
Sprout (15 to 20 min): The AI Literacy Gap Map. Find three places to inject AI literacy and judgment into real course material.
Grow (20 to 30 min): Redesign One Assignment so AI is a sparring partner, not a shortcut. Predict before you prompt.
Harvest (30 to 45 min): The Future-Ready One-Pager. Draft a real proposal for one change you would bring to your program, then share it right here for feedback.
Grab it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/design-future-of-learning/
When you finish the Harvest one-pager, post it in this space. Let's design this future together instead of inheriting it.
As promised. After today's Daily Seed on Anthropic's call to pause AI, here is the free four-phase Pause Debate Kit.
It walks you from the raw Anthropic report to your own defensible position in under 90 minutes:
Seed: read the primary source, not the headlines.
Sprout: steelman both sides with a free AI assistant.
Grow: run the Verifiability Test on whether a pause could even be enforced.
Harvest: build your 90-second take and share it back here.
Grab it: https://www.harvestkernel.com/pause-debate-kit/
Do the Harvest step and drop your take in this space. I read every one.
New resource to go with today's post. When AI content is impossible to spot by eye, the answer is not a better detector. It is a daily habit. Here is the full stack you can run on any post, photo, or claim in about thirty seconds.
Seed. Pause. Stop for thirty seconds before you believe or share it. Notice how it wants you to feel.
Sprout. Ask three questions. Who is the named source and do they exist outside this post. What is the original and can I reach it in one click. What would this look like if it were fabricated.
Grow. Raise the stakes. Run it before you repeat it in a meeting or a lesson. Can you say in one sentence why you trust it or do not.
Harvest. Teach it once. Show one person how you checked, not just what you concluded. That is when the habit locks in.
The five word sentence that protects you from both cynicism and gullibility: I am not sure, let me look.
Full write up here: When You Can't Tell What's Real. What is one thing you will run the check on today?
Today's blog introduced Memory Hygiene, the habit of managing what your AI remembers about you. This interactive audit turns it into a score.
16 questions across the four SeedStacking phases:
Seed: do you know what your AI knows?
Sprout: do you prune what is wrong or stale?
Grow: do you direct memory on purpose?
Harvest: is it a habit you keep and teach?
You get a score out of 16, a tier, and one concrete next step based on your weakest phase. Works for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI with memory. Nothing is saved or sent.
Take it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/memory-hygiene-audit/
Then come back and share your tier. I am curious where this community lands.
New resource just landed: The Degree Stack Audit, the companion worksheet to today's teaching topic on whether degrees still matter in the AGI era.
It's four activities, one for each SeedStacking phase:
Seed (5 to 15 min): Price your own premium with one copy-paste prompt.
Sprout (15 to 20 min): Score yourself on the four layers of the Degree Stack.
Grow (20 to 30 min): Pick your lowest layer and start one free, verifiable AI skill today.
Harvest (30 to 45 min): Publish your Stack Map in Wins and Harvests with the tag #DegreeStack.
Download the worksheet here or find it anytime in the Resources library.
When you finish the Harvest phase, post your Stack Map. I read and reply to every one.
New resource: The AI Micro-Credential Starter Kit.
Today’s post broke down a peer reviewed study where faculty who ran a short AI micro-credential came out more confident and more careful at the same time. The how was a simple four-rep loop. So I built it into a workbook you can actually fill in.
Inside, four reps mapped to our SeedStacking phases:
Seed, hand a real task to one AI tool. Sprout, hunt for what it got wrong, the rep that builds caution. Grow, rewrite your instruction and run it again. Harvest, write your own AI Trust Rules on a shareable one-pager.
Pick one real task, carry it through all four, and finish the Trust Rules page. Then post your rules right here so we can all build on them.
Download the kit (zip with the printable workbook): https://www.harvestkernel.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/ai-microcredential-starter-kit.zip
