New Field Kit: The Rare Hour Sort

So today I built you a short four phase Field Kit to do something about it. It walks you through sorting your week into the hours only you can give and the hours that just need doing, putting a number on the tax, delegating one first draft while keeping your judgment, and scheduling the recovered time back to your students where it belongs.
