Forty minutes, by hand, on one assignment. You finish holding a rebuilt assignment prompt, three process checkpoints, and the authorship line your students submit alongside the work. Nothing is saved to a server and there is no signup wall on the work itself.

Phase 3 is the one people tell me they did not expect. You paste your own checkpoint into an AI tool and watch it answer convincingly, then rewrite the checkpoint so it asks for something only your student has.
