Sprout. Commit to one claim you believe, before you look anything up.
Grow. Ask AI for the four questions a hostile reader would ask, then answer them yourself. Ask for the strongest case against you, then write a better one.
Harvest. Three moves that defend the claim, and a first paragraph you wrote. Press Build and it hands the whole outline back, ready to paste.
