New interactive tool: The Augmentation Test
I built something for you, and it is live now in the resource library.
The Augmentation Test is an interactive tool that answers one question for any task on your plate: should you hand this to AI, or keep it human? You work through one real task across all four SeedStacking phases (Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest), and you walk out with a shareable Augmentation Charter. Your task, the parts you hand to AI, the one line you keep human, and your weekly cadence.
It takes about 20 minutes start to finish, and your progress saves as you go. The whole point is to leave with something you actually run this week, not just another idea.
Launch it here: https://www.harvestkernel.com/augmentation-test/
When you finish, drop your Augmentation Charter in the comments. I want to see what task you picked and where you drew your human line. Reading each other's charters is half the value.
