New tool: The Faculty Time Tax Self Audit

New free tool, and it might sting a little.

Most of us feel buried every week but never actually count where the time goes. This one makes you count it. The Faculty Time Tax Self Audit walks you through four stacked phases:

Seed: a one line gut check on your worst repeat task.
Sprout: a full calculator across grading, discussion boards, document churn, email, and prep.
Grow: a leverage sort, where you tag each line item as must be me or could be a system.
Harvest: a Time Tax Statement you build from your own numbers and share here.

Run it, then drop your statement in the comments. I want to see the numbers.
