New working session: Feedback That Gets Used. The Three Line Rewrite.

Bring five real comments you wrote this week. Not improved versions, the real ones. You will label each as a verdict or an instruction, rewrite each into three lines, and finish holding a pattern you can run on the rest of the stack.

Four phases, Seed, Sprout, Grow, Harvest. About twenty minutes. Nothing is generated for you. Every line is yours, which is the point, because that document is the beginning of your Teaching DNA.
