Big or small, every AI win counts. Use this template:
🔹 What I tried:
🔹 What happened:
🔹 What I learned: ___
No win is too small. Saved 5 minutes on an email? That counts. Generated a lesson plan outline? That counts. Figured out a prompt that actually worked? That DEFINITELY counts.

I used AI to create order acknowledgment for my customers. My company just sent emails. I put the purchase order in and asked it to create an acknowledgement showing all the customer information, ship date, cost and my company order number. I then told AI to save the template and can now I can drop a purchase order in and it will create a PDF for me to send to customers.
This is a perfect example of what real AI adoption looks like, Tracy. I'm really glad you shared it here.
Look at what you actually did. You identified a repetitive process, used AI to build a template, and now you've got a system that generates professional PDFs on demand. That's not just "trying AI." That's building a workflow that saves you time on every single order.
What tool did you use to build this? I'd love to hear more about your process. This is exactly the kind of practical story that helps other members see what's possible with even one small experiment.
