Build Your Course Record By Hand

TEACHING DAY . FACULTY . A WORKING SESSION

Build Your Course Record By Hand

Open one syllabus from a course you have already taught. Answer four sets of questions. You finish holding a one page Course Record you can paste in front of any tool for the rest of the term. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent, and there is no account.

Before you start. Have the old syllabus open in another window. Not the new template. The one from the last time you actually taught this course. Twenty minutes, by hand. This is the Seed phase of SeedStacking and it only works if the answers are real.

PHASE 1 . SEED

What you actually teach

Not the catalog description. What the course really covers, and what you really cut when the semester runs short.

PHASE 2 . SPROUT

Who is actually in the room

Not the demographic sheet. The room you walk into. This is the single field that changes AI output the most, and it is the one nobody ever writes down.

PHASE 3 . GROW

How you actually sound

Go to your old late policy and your old welcome message. Read them out loud. That voice is yours, not the template’s. Copy three real phrases out of them.

PHASE 4 . HARVEST

What you never let slide

Your non negotiables. The places where you do not bend, and the reason you do not. This is the field that keeps a tool from quietly lowering your standards for you.
