New activity: The Three-Lever Lens

I just posted a new four-phase SeedStacking activity built around this week's biggest AI story, the US government forcing Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5 offline.

It is a hands-on workout for reading any AI governance story with clarity instead of panic. You move through Seed, Sprout, Grow, and Harvest, and you walk away able to break down any AI headline using three simple levers: Authority, Trigger, and Off-ramp.
