The Blank Page Breaker
It is Thursday. The paper is due Sunday. You have a document with your name at the top and nothing under it.
Twenty minutes from now you will be holding an outline and a first paragraph that you wrote. Not a summary of how to write one. The actual thing, in your own words, tonight.
How this works
Fourteen fields across the four SeedStacking phases. You do every one of them by hand. Nothing here writes for you, on purpose, because the words you can defend in an office hour are the ones you typed.
Keep a chatbot open in another tab. You will use it twice, in the Grow phase, and both times you will ask it to question you rather than to produce for you. That is the whole difference.

Read the prompt like a hostile reader, not like a student looking for permission.
You cannot write an essay for a prompt you have not decoded. Two of these three fields take sixty seconds. The middle one takes longer than you expect, and that is the first sign it was worth doing.
1. Paste your actual assignment prompt, word for word
2. In one sentence, what is this prompt asking you to DO
3. Due date and target length
Commit to something before you look anything up.
A claim you believe is the only thing that makes research efficient. Without it you read everything. With it you read for something.
4. The claim you believe, in one sentence
5. Why you believe it, in two sentences
Argue against yourself in writing. This is the part that hurts and the part that works.
Ask AI for the four questions a hostile reader would ask, then write the answers yourself. Ask it for the case against your claim, then improve on what it gives you. You are not asking it to produce. You are asking it to pressure.
Paste this into the chatbot, exactly as written
Here is my assignment prompt. Here is the claim I am going to argue. Do not write anything for me. Ask me the four questions a hostile reader would ask, then give me the strongest case against my claim.
Then answer the four questions yourself, in fields 6 to 9. If the case it gives you in field 10 is weak, write a better one. You know your course. It does not.
6. Hostile question 1
7. Hostile question 2
8. Hostile question 3
9. Hostile question 4
10. The strongest case AGAINST your claim, in your own words
Turn the pressure into an outline and a paragraph you wrote.
Three moves and a first paragraph. When you press Build, this session hands you back an outline you can paste straight into your document.
11. Move 1 that defends the claim
12. Move 2 that defends the claim
13. Move 3 that defends the claim
14. Your first paragraph, written by you, right now
The moment this session ends
Look at field 10 again, the strongest case against you. It is going to be about eleven o’clock when your outline is finally sharp, and you are going to want one more person to push on it before Sunday. Every human you would ask that question of is asleep.
That is not a willpower problem. It is a coverage problem, and it is the only reason the Writing Coach exists inside the Student Toolkit. Read its own description: thesis, structure, and draft feedback like the best writing center on earth. It will not write your essay. It refuses, on purpose. What it does at eleven o’clock is be the hostile reader you do not have.
Do the session first, with your own prompt, tonight. Then decide.
